Maxwell ICT provides a wealth of media support for your events in Maxwell and Eggers Hall. The types of events we support include the following:

Accessibility in the Global Collaboratory (Eggers Hall 060) was certainly a consideration during the renovation a few years ago.
Features of the Global Collaboratory Include:
- Ramp from the hallway down to the presentation area
- Widened row of desks at the hallway level for wheelchair access
- Wireless microphones for in-room voice amplification
- Wireless assisted listening earbud devices
- Wireless keyboard and mouse for computer access
- Adjustable height teaching station
- Lowered touch-panel system for control of room devices
Maxwell ICT can assist you in captioning your YouTube videos. We use CaptionSync which is third-party service providing automated captioning. [clearboth]

The Maxwell School has partnered with SU’s central computing group ITS, Whitman, the iSchool and other colleges on campus to acquire a site license for the Qualtrics Survey Tool and Research Suite. Maxwell staff, students and faculty please direct any questions you may have regarding web surveys to email@example.com.
The Libraries have discontinued the service of posting digitized copies of articles and book chapters in Blackboard, allowing faculty the freedom to manage their own curricular content. The Libraries will continue offering reserves for print books and videos, as well as e-reserves for audio materials.

[br]Adding Academic Content to Blackboard Courses
ICT accomplished all of its goals for the 2012-2013 fiscal year. Our top priority and most important accomplishment is our continued success in providing high quality, reliable service and collaborative support to our community. Major milestones for the year included the completion of the production server and data migration to the Green Data Center on South Campus, computing and research support for the new Aging Studies Institute, and the continued security and computing support for the FAIR Health project.
This year, ICT’s technology initiatives included the deployment of the LTN video system with broadcast quality capability, completion of the technical and programming areas of the new Maxwell website, and Salesforce.com development.Annual Report 2012 – 2013
Having a reliable computer is essential for students to work, communicate, and collaborate while attending the Maxwell School.
The Maxwell School has wireless access points throughout the building giving the school 100% wireless coverage. We have many resources available for our students and encourage people to visit our Help Desk in 034 Eggers Hall (M-F, 1-3) to get assistance with taking advantage of these resources. Continue Reading
