Acrobat Pro DC LogoUse Acrobat Pro DC to easily create forms that can be filled out electronically and emailed back to you. You can start from scratch in Acrobat, or use an existing file that was created in another application, such as Word.

In this training session, we will start a document in Word and save it as a PDF. We will then convert the file to a fillable form in Acrobat. You will learn about:

  • Form Preferences (options)
  • Adding form fields: single-line text, multi-line text, check boxes, radio buttons, set an action button to reset the form fields
  • How to resize and format the fields through the properties dialog box
  • How to ensure you are developing an accessible form
  • How to distribute (send) and track the form
