Outlook 2016 logoE-mail can make communication more efficient, but the volume of messages can get overwhelming quickly. Outlook 2016 includes features to help you control e-mail volumes, find what you need quickly, and act when and where action is required.

In this training session we will go over the various ways of keeping your Outlook Mailbox organized:

  • Creating other Outlook items (such as appointments, tasks and contacts) by simply dragging a message from your Inbox.
  • Using flags, the To-Do Bar, and colored categories as visual reminders about items in your Mailbox (such as follow up needed, related messages, and upcoming appointments).
  • Grouping items using predefined groups.
  • Creating rules (take automatic action on an item based on criteria you have specified).
  • Using Search to find items anywhere in your Outlook Mailbox.

Does the thought of having an empty Inbox at the end of the day sound good to you? Join us for this training session to learn some of the easy ways of accomplishing this.
