Snipping-Tool-Screen-capture-iconScreenshot tool iconYou can easily add snapshots of your screen to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook items by using the Snipping and Screenshot tools. The tools can capture all or part of your screen. After capturing from the Snipping Tool window, you are able to add notes, save the image, or email it. The Screenshot Tool allows you to see all active windows (applications, Internet, dialog boxes, error messages, etc.), and insert one of those images wherever your insertion point is placed in the document you are working on. Once you have added an image to your document, you can use Picture tools to enhance it.
