Mike began his career with Syracuse University in 2006 within the Auxiliary Services Data Systems department. He joined the Information and Computing Technology department at Maxwell as a computer consultant in July 2011. Mike is responsible for desktop support and maintenance, front-end network diagnosis and repair, audio/visual setup/troubleshooting and repair as well as general technology support to faculty, staff and students at Maxwell.

Matt’s areas of responsibility include the management of the school’s internet technologies, multimedia services and Microsoft Office training initiatives. Prior to joining ICT in December, 2002 he was the Project Manager at www.Syracuse.com, He holds a B.F.A. in Photojournalism from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Matt joined ICT in the Summer of 2023 as the Director of of ICT. He comes to Maxwell after having spent 15 years in a variety of roles at the University of Pennsylvania, in the Wharton School – most recently, as an IT Technical Director. He is a graduate of Clarkson University, and a native of Western NY.

Eddies duties as ICT’s Data Systems Administrator include activities such as installing and upgrading hardware and software, some programming, systems design and overall maintenance of the network. He began his career with ICT in the Operations Group as a Computing and A/V Tech back in 2005.
Claire accomplishes a variety of administrative tasks related to purchasing, budgeting, asset management, human resources, and related projects. She came to Maxwell’s ICT Department from the Whitman School where she supported faculty and programming for four years. She previously managed the office of an international art dealer.

Brian came to the Maxwell School in September of 2001 after graduating from the SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome with a BS in Computer Information Systems. As operations manager, Brian manages a small staff of techs and work studies to make sure that Maxwell’s community gets the highest standard of technical support and service on a daily basis for the 600+ computers.

David provides technical leadership in the design and implementation of Internet and Web infrastructures and supports the use of the CMS, SharePoint and internet technologies. He had previously worked at a real estate software company and a satellite internet provider as a support technician.
